Pichi Cucao is a 13 m² cabin, ideal for couples or solo travelers exploring Chiloé. Its minimalist design invites you to enjoy the silence of the forest. Functional and bright, with a large terrace.

It has a double bed next to a large window, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with hot shower, and air-conditioning heating with remote control.

Located next to the Café del Bosque café-restaurant and right in front of Lake Huillinco, with direct access to the lakeshore.

Located in a rural setting with native forest, it is normal to experience the sounds of nature, changing weather conditions, and a slower pace of life. The sanitation and water systems are typical of rural areas, so we appreciate responsible use. Heating operates through air conditioning with a remote control, and hot water is intended for short showers.

The area is also home to local wildlife. This place is especially visited by pudús, which can often be seen, along with the songs of the chucao, hued-hued, and other birds native to the Chiloé forest.

It has private parking with a gate, electricity, and Starlink internet, providing a comfortable stay even in a rural setting. In addition, there is a spacious terrace to enjoy the outdoors, the forest, and the peacefulness of the surroundings.

Pichi Cucao is located in front of Lake Huillinco, surrounded by native forest and very close to must-see landmarks such as Tepuheico Park, Chiloé National Park, the Muelles de las Almas, and the Muelle del Tiempo, making it an ideal spot to explore the area and then return to rest.

The most recommended way to arrive and get around the area is by private vehicle.

From Puerto Montt, the journey is approximately 225 km and takes between 3 hours 45 minutes and 4 hours, considering the ferry crossing via Pargua–Chacao. From El Tepual Airport (Puerto Montt), the total travel time is similar, depending on connections and ferry wait times.

The nearest airport is Mocopulli Aerodrome (Castro), located about 45 km from Pichi Cucao, with an estimated travel time of 1 hour by car on paved and rural roads.
