Our Cancelations terms

Cancellation conditions and refunds vary depending on the type of accommodation and the dates of your stay. In general, Pichi offers flexible cancellation policies that allow you to recover all or a percentage of your reservation if you decide to cancel. However, the exact amount may vary depending on the circumstances described below:

1. Cancellation at least one week in advance:

If you cancel your reservation at least one week (7 days) in advance, you will receive a full refund of the total reservation amount.

2. Cancellation less than one week in advance:

If you cancel less than one week in advance (less than 7 days), a different policy will apply: you will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount.

3. Same-day cancellation:

If you cancel your reservation on the same day of your scheduled arrival, no refunds will be issued. Please note that in all cases, any additional charges associated with the payment method used (such as bank or platform fees) will be deducted from the refund.
