Come Live Pichi

Discover the activities we’ve prepared for you to experience the South to the fullest.

Curanto en Hoyo

A deep tradition from southern Chile comes to life at Pichi. We cook underground with hot stones, nalcas, and freshly caught seafood in a ritual filled with smoke, aromas, and community. Ideal for large groups, this unforgettable experience blends flavor, history, and territory on a single plate.

Minimum 12 / Maximum 25 people

Wine & Bites Experience

Our tastings are not about sitting quietly — at Pichi, wine is lived, talked about, and shared. We welcome small groups for an intimate and personalized experience, where each glass is paired with local products that showcase the best flavors of the region. The wineries we select are boutique, small, and passionate — just like us! Our goal is for everyone to leave happy, having tried something new and connected with others around a generous table, surrounded by nature.

Minimum 8 / Maximum 15 people

Fire-Roasted Patagonian Lamb

The Slow Fire Ritual We prepare a traditional countryside lamb over a slow fire, for several hours, while sharing stories, snacks, and good conversation. The lamb comes straight from a nearby farm, raised naturally with fresh grass, clean air, and a free life. It’s a slow-paced experience to savor among trees, with the crackling fire as your soundtrack.

Minimum 7 / Maximum 15 people

Patagonian Country Dinner

At Pichi, dinners feel just like home: with the wood stove crackling, soft lighting, and that cozy southern warmth you only find in the countryside. Our beloved María —local cook and baker with wise hands and a big heart— prepares regional delights like pulmay, seafood chupe, oven-baked salmon with native potatoes, and other southern classics. Everything is served in our main house, built in the same spirit as all of Pichi’s architecture: minimalist, simple, and warm. It’s an intimate experience, full of stories, crafted for those who seek something genuine, unhurried, and shared in good company.
