Have questions? We’ve got answers for you.

Where is Pichi located?

We are located in the heart of the Patagonia Coast, just 40 minutes from Puerto Montt, 35 minutes from El Tepual airport, and 20 minutes from Calbuco. An accessible rural spot, perfect for disconnecting without going too far.

How do I make a reservation?

Easy! You can book directly through our website or by sending us a message on WhatsApp. We’re also on Airbnb, Booking, and Despegar if you prefer to book through those platforms.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you need any special arrangements, feel free to ask—we’ll be happy to assist you.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. But if you choose the Mini Getaway Pack, you can stay until 7:00 PM… to keep relaxing and pampering yourself in bed!

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals, but for now, we are not accepting pets. We want to protect the native wildlife living around us and preserve the natural balance of the area. We hope you understand ♡

Do the tiny houses have a kitchen?

Yes, each Pichi has its own kitchen with a mini fridge, cooktop, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare something delicious.

Do you sell breakfast or meals?

Yes, we have options! You can order a country-style breakfast, snack baskets, homemade meals, and frozen artisanal pizzas. We always have vegetarian options. You can also enjoy local treats like empanadas, tortillas, wine, or southern beers. Everything made with care and local flavor.

How do I get to Pichi? Do I need a special vehicle?

Access only includes 3 km on a rural road that is in good condition, so a 4x4 vehicle is not necessary. We’ll send you detailed directions after your booking so you can arrive without any trouble.

Do you have a hot tub?

Yes, and we recommend it wholeheartedly! Our hot tub is a Purkaus, made in southern Chile from recycled buoys. It is more efficient than a traditional hot tub: it retains heat longer and requires less water.

The best part? It’s filled with rainwater that we collect directly from the roofs of our main Pichi, through a system we designed and installed ourselves.

Is the hot tub included?

The hot tub has an additional cost. You can ask us via WhatsApp or check the price in our visit store: https://pichi.sumupstore.com/

Check out our promotions — you might find one that includes the hot tub!

What’s the surrounding environment like?

Pichi is located in front of a lagoon with native birds, evergreen forests, peaceful silence, and starry skies. It’s perfect for resting, going on walks, watching the sunset, or working remotely with a strong connection (and an even better view).

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have high-speed Wi-Fi. Perfect if you’re coming to work remotely from the south or just want to upload that story with a view of the lagoon.

What if it rains a lot?

Nothing beats a good southern rain to enjoy Pichi! 🌧️ Our tiny houses are designed to keep you cozy and warm, even when the weather gets wild.

Inside, everything is warmth, wood, and big windows to watch the forest, the lagoon, and the birds while you listen to the rain. We promise: there are few things better than staying under the covers with a hot cup, watching nature do its thing outside.

Can I visit just for the day?

Pichi is designed for overnight stays — and trust us, once you arrive, you won’t want to leave ;)

Do you offer options for special events or celebrations?

Of course! Pichi is the perfect place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or even host creative retreats and moments of disconnection. What better way to celebrate than in a small group with your favorite people? We have two tiny houses that you can book together, plus outdoor spaces with a hot tub and fire pit to make your celebration even more special. Check out our promotional packages or write to us so we can coordinate all the details and make your celebration an unforgettable experience.

Besides enjoying nature from the comfort of your tiny house, there are plenty of activities you can do both inside and outside of Pichi, with day trips just a few hours away.
